Think about it – I bet you spent hours, days or weeks planning your last vacation. And I bet you took the first job that came along and now you’ve found yourself unemployed or unhappy and wondering how you got “here.”

Surveys indicate that one of the top things employees want is “career planning.” And yet most companies offer little or no help in this area. In truth, your company does not own your career, YOU DO. And it’s time to stop thinking that “they” are doing to do something to help you achieve your goals. That’s why you need me.

I’m a professional Career Coach with more than 20 years coaching people in corporate and federal environments. In the past year I’ve helped over 100 people find jobs or get promoted. As a former HR exec I know how the process works from the inside and I share that knowledge to help you get hired. I’m also a Certified Federal Career Coach – meaning I know exactly how to get hired in the federal space. AND I’m a Certified Executive Coach so I know how to plan and achieve career goals. Many of my clients are now CEOs, VPs, or Directors. Others went from entry-level individual contributors to managers within 3 years.

On average, clients working 1:1 with me find a job in less than 90 days – my most recent client was back to work in 6 weeks WITH a promotion and a raise. My typical client is/was earning between $65 and $150K and wants at least a 10% increase. I work with clients all over the country and we do most of our work by phone or webinar.
